The BIRTHFIT Fitness classes are geared towards women who want to workout safely and functionally while pregnant or postpartum*.
*If you are immediately postpartum you must complete The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series first.
In our classes we will cover better breathing and bracing techniques and how to safely lift odd objects such as sandbags, barbells and kettlebells. These objects will mimic every day movements moms perform such as picking up children, grocery bags, and baby seats.
Each class will offer a balance of metabolic conditioning, strength training, and stability work. We meet every woman where they are at in their motherhood journey and tailor programming accordingly.
Each class lasts one hour.
